【《中国减贫四十年》报告发布：过去40年中国减贫近8亿人】31日，财政部、国务院发展研究中心与世界银行共同发布了《中国减贫四十年：驱动力量、借鉴意义和未来政策方向》报告，对中国的减贫成就进行了全面梳理。该报告显示，过去40年来，按照世界银行每人每天1.9美元的全球绝对贫困标准，中国贫困人口减少了近8亿，占同期全球减贫人数75%以上。报告认为，中国解决绝对贫困问题主要依靠两大支柱：一是基础广泛的经济转型，为贫困人口提供了新的发展机会，不断提高收入水平；二是瞄准因地理环境等原因影响发展的贫困地区，政府实施有针对性的扶贫政策来消除长期贫困。面向贫困人口实施的精准扶贫战略有效解决了“最后一公里”的问题，对于消除绝对贫困意义重大。China has lifted nearly 800 million people out of poverty over the past 40 years as per the World Bank's global absolute poverty standard of $1.90 per person per day, said a joint report issued by China's Ministry of Finance, the Development Research Center of the State Council, and the World Bank on Thursday. The number accounts for over 75 percent of people lifted out of poverty worldwide over the same period, according to the report.
