您好！10月29日WTT世界乒联公布本周排名情况，我们发现中国选手樊振东因WTT蒙彼利埃冠军赛被处罚积分赋0。这一处罚在我们查询相关规则、官方报道等之后，提出质疑如下，请相关负责人尽快核实并公开回复：
第一，9月19日WTT世界乒联通过微博、官网等公示蒙彼利埃冠军赛首批入围名单，并明确说明“报名截止时自动入围名单如下”，那么本次冠军赛报名是否按世界排名邀请参赛？如果是，樊振东在报名时世排第二，为何第一批名单没有出现樊振东的名字？如果不是，既然没有邀请樊振东参赛，那么不存在参赛又退赛一说，又何来赋0？
第二，根据ITTF及WTT公开的赛事规则显示，关于积分是否赋0的处罚措施前提条件是【报名截止之后退赛】，那么樊振东的名字从始至终没有出现在报名名单上，意味着从始至终都【不存在报名】，又何来【报名截止之后退赛赋0】？
第三，如果WTT世界乒联认为樊振东符合上述积分赋0的前提条件，为何WTT在此次冠军赛从报名到比赛结束，只字未提【樊振东参赛、退赛及原因】，不做任何说明直接进行赋0，是否存在WTT世界乒联存在暗箱操作、恶意控制赛事积分，恶意操纵运动员参赛资格的渎职行为？

乒乓球项目的发展离不开每一代教练员及运动员的不懈努力，但更离不开组织方对公平、公正、公开的参赛资格、参赛流程及规则的明确和维护！请WTT世界乒联尽快核实并公开回复！

主题： Issue about a New “Zero” in Fan Zhendong’ s Points of 44th Week

Dear Sir or Madam,
We are writing this email to highlight an issue about Fan Zhendong’s points. As fans, we hope to receive a response.
On 29th October, WTT announced this week’s ranking. We found that Fan Zhendong from China was imposed a 0 as penalty for the absence of WTT Montpellier Champions.
Firstly, WTT published an announcement in 9thSeptember clearly states that "the automatic shortlist at the registration deadline is as follows". So, are players invited to participate in this WTT Champions according to their world rankings when registering? If so, why there is no Fan Zhendong's name appear on the first list when he was ranked second in the world at that time? If not, since Fan Zhendong was not invited to participate, then there is no such thing as participating and then withdrawing, why there is a new “zero”?
Secondly, according to the rules of the ITTF and WTT competitions, the prerequisite for imposing a penalty of zero points is to withdraw from the competition after the registration deadline. Therefore, if Fan Zhendong's name did not appear on the registration list from first to last, it means that there was no registration from first to last. So why should he was imposed a penalty?
Thirdly, if WTT believes that Fan Zhendong meets the prerequisite for being given 0, why did WTT not mention 【firstly Fan Zhendong should participate in this competition but he withdraw with no reasons】? We want to know if there is any manipulation or deliberate control of tournament points? Since WTT did not determine the list of players based on their world rankings, why should players be held responsible for the mistake? Is there any problem with WTT's list of participants and point management?
The development of table tennis is inseparable from the efforts of coaches and athletes. More importantly, it is inseparable from the organizer’s insistence of fair, just and open competition qualifications, competition procedures and rules.
